TEVTA has reshaped its working model focusing more on productivity through the implementation of evaluation and feedback mechanisms. The career planning and placement activities are scheduled on the calendar and executed to add value based on lessons learned after completion of the academic cycle. The performance-based model is followed as a digital tool for transparency.
The proficiency of our students is enhanced by disseminating work ethics training, health & safety exercises (HSE), and entrepreneurship modules to prepare them to have sound-based of not only technical knowledge but also entrepreneurial tendencies to be a productive individual in the Pakistani economy. The paradigm shift is made through industries' inclusion for TEVTA Institutes Placement Drive. TEVTA Punjab is going to launch international collaborations and partnerships at the individual and Institutional level besides expanding our Alumni reach for economic development activities.
The prime objective of the TEVTA’s team is to multiple career opportunities for students by career counseling, job placement, establishing meaningful connections with companies besides equipping students with Resume preparation, Interview skills, Career counseling sessions, Industry visits for seeking job demands, Workshops & Seminars, Job fairs/ Career days, Job Placement sessions & Ensuring transparency & betterment through in house web portal http://careers.tevta.gop.pk that helps applicants find jobs and aids employers in their quest to locate ideal candidates. This platform provides opportunity to employers who can post job offers and people looking for employment can post their skills.
